Sulgrave Manor is excited to be hosting Stephanie Green for her talk on her new work 'American Crown'. Stephanie will be joined by our trustee Dr Sam Edwards In this fresh and perspective-shifting narrative, American Crown is an absorbing blend of American history and royal biography that brings to life the past generations who will shape the Prince of Wales’s role in the future of Britain, America and the world.
Stephanie Green is a cultural journalist and features writer. A long-time contributor to The Washington Post, she is a former reporter for Bloomberg News and The Washington Times. Her freelance work has appeared in Vogue, Vanity Fair, WWD, and a wide variety of print and online publications.

A wonderful evening of music from Fiori Musicali in our Courtyard Hall
The year 1776 – a decisive moment in the world order – saw British colonialism in the US reduced to ashes. Fiori mark the 250th anniversary of the signing of the American Declaration of Independence, metaphorically drawing the warring parties together in the ancestral home of George
Washington at Sulgrave Manor through music published by the ‘London’ Bach that same year.
