John Negus.

Trained at Wisley Gardens and Merrist Wood Horticultural colleges, photo-journalist John Negus (Dip. Hort. Wisley) enjoys sharing his passion for gardening and other outdoor pursuits.

Specialising in trees, shrubs and climbers, he lectures regularly, with slide shows, at Grayshott Hall Health Farm, gardening clubs and W.I.s and many other societies. He is also a member of the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire Federations of Judges and Lecturers and is on the R.H.S. list of Speakers.

He broadcasts regularly on Southern Counties Radio.

You will also find him writing features for 'Woman's Weekly' and answering queries with a team of experts on Woman's Weekly's nationwide Gardening Road Shows. He answers e-mail and 'snail-mail' queries for 'Amateur Gardening' and Woman's Weekly and escorts groups around gardens. He also lectures on board cruise liners.

His hobbies are gardening, photography, walking, climbing and cycling.
