The Hall offers comfortable seating for meals of all types for up to 80 guests. In the summer, your party can open wide the doors onto the private terrace, from which you can stroll round the beautiful gardens of the Manor.

Food & Drink
When you hire the Courtyard Hall at Sulgrave for your celebration you will be able to have as much or as little help from us as you wish - some people already have firm ideas of what they want and know of the caterers, etc. they plan to use - others, especially if not local, talk through their ideas with us and we work together on the whole event.
We always meet with your caterers before the event, check that they know of the equipment we are able to provide so they can arrange to bring in what may be needed, and we ask for a copy of their public liability insurance cover.
Any additional equipment, table linen, etc. will be the responsibility of the caterer and the hirer of the hall - but we will gladly make the arrangements for hire if necessary.
You are welcome to supply all the drinks for your celebration - or we will order them for you. We can also arrange for a bar to be set up should you require one. We make no charge for corkage.
Entertainment
You may already know whom you want to provide music or entertainment for your celebration. When you visit us to look round, we'll discuss that with you.
Should you know you want music but haven't a clue how to find it - leave it to us! We can find musicians or entertainers of any sort - from barn dance bands and callers to modem jazz; steel bands to chamber music. Or a DJ if you prefer recorded sounds.

| The Courtyard Hall has a maximum seating for 80. A link marquee is available which would be sited on the terrace, giving seating for an additional 50. This may be hired, to include all additional furniture. Price on request. |

| These prices are held for all bookings taken in 2012. A deposit of 50% of the total facility tee is required on booking. This is non-refundable from 12 weeks prior to the date of your event. The balance will be due four weeks prior to the date of your event. Basic facility fees are exempt from VAT. Facility fees cover the hire of the Courtyard Hall only.
