Please be aware, that due to the wonderful event of a wedding taking place here at Sulgrave Manor, we will be running a shorter tour than usual at 12pm.
The 2.00pm and 4.00pm tours will take place as usual

By Road
10 minutes from the M40

20 minutes from the M1

Sulgrave Manor is in the village of Sulgrave just off the B4525 road from Banbury to Northampton. Sulgrave is about half an hour from Oxford, Stratford and Warwick and ninety minutes from London via the M1 or M40.

From the M40 (7 miles) - leave the M40 at Junction 11 and join the A422 before turning on to the B4525. Look out for the brown tourist sign.

From the M1 (12 miles) - leave the M1 at Junction 15A and join the A43 before turning on to the B4525. Look out for the brown tourist sign.


By Train

The nearest station is Banbury. There are regular direct trains from London (50 - 80 mins from Marylebone Station) and from Oxford (20mins), Birmingham (45mins) and Stratford-Upon-Avon (50mins) as well as direct links to other major towns and cities throughout the UK. 

There is a taxi rank at Banbury station and the journey takes about 15 minutes.

By Bus

You can also use the County Connect bus service, which operates from Banbury station and the surrounding villages to Sulgrave. While you need to book this bus in advance it offers a good and reliable service to Sulgrave Manor.
